How fast can a crew reach my address?
For genuine emergencies (active leaks, sewage backflow, no water), our target arrival time across Klang Valley is 60 minutes from your call. Scheduled jobs are usually booked within 24–48 hours.
Do you charge to come out and quote?
Site visits for standard repairs are complimentary when the work goes ahead with us. For complex assessments — leak detection, multi-unit problems — we charge a flat survey fee that is fully credited if you proceed.
Are your technicians licensed?
Every Turboniq plumber holds a current Suruhanjaya Tenaga / SPAN licence as relevant to the trade, and the company carries public liability insurance on every job. Copies are available on request.
Which areas of Malaysia do you cover?
Our core service area is the Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur city, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Ampang, Cheras, Damansara, Cyberjaya, and Putrajaya. For renovations we travel further on request.
Is the work guaranteed?
All standard repairs carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Renovation projects come with a 24-month workmanship guarantee on the build, plus the manufacturer warranty on every fixture we supply.
