We started Turboniq in 2017 after a decade of watching homeowners get blindsided by surprise invoices and rushed jobs. The fix was simple: quote everything on paper, hire properly, and pick up the phone when it rings.

Our story

From a single van in Ampang to 31 crews across the valley.

Turboniq was started by two ex-plumbing-foremen out of a workshop near Jalan Ampang Hilir. The first year was a single Hilux and a stack of business cards stuffed into mailboxes around Bangsar and Mont Kiara. Word travelled the way it usually does in this trade — slowly, but for the right reasons.

Today the company runs 31 crews across the Klang Valley, employs a full back-office support team, and is registered as Turboniq Home Solutions Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202401087426). What has not changed is the basic deal: quote first, fix properly, leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Quote first, then work

Every visit gets a written price before tools come out. Variations are only billed when you have signed for them. No exceptions, even on weekends or emergencies.

Hire trained, keep them trained

Every plumber holds the relevant SPAN or Suruhanjaya Tenaga licence for their trade, and we run quarterly refresh training on new fittings, waterproofing standards, and safety practice.

Tidy beats fast

Drop sheets down, dust contained, rubbish hauled out. A two-hour repair that leaves the kitchen unusable is not a finished job. We give ourselves the time to do it right.

Stand behind the work

Every repair carries a 12-month workmanship promise. Renovations get 24 months. If we get a call back, we sort it without invoicing — that is the entire point of a guarantee.
