These Terms govern your use of the turboniq.pro website and the services provided by Turboniq Home Solutions Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202401087426), referred to in these Terms as "Turboniq", "we", or "us". By using this site or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to send us enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break or interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate, but small errors may occur — pricing, availability, and product specifications are confirmed in writing on your quote.
2. Quotations
Verbal estimates given over the phone or by WhatsApp are guideline figures only. The binding price is the written quotation we issue after a site visit or formal scope of work. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated. Material price escalations after that point may be reflected in a revised quote.
3. Bookings & deposits
For standard service calls, a deposit is not required. Renovation projects and supply-and-install jobs above RM 3,000 normally require a deposit of 30% on signed acceptance of the quote, with the balance scheduled at agreed milestones. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered to your specification.
4. Site access & customer responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the site at the agreed time, to remove or protect valuables in the work area, and to inform us of any hazards (asbestos, structural defects, electrical issues) of which you are aware. Where access is denied or delayed by you, we may reschedule and charge a wasted-visit fee at our standard call-out rate.
5. Variations
If during a job we identify additional work, we will stop, document the change, and present a written variation for your approval before continuing. Variations only proceed with your written or recorded sign-off.
6. Payment
Standard service jobs are payable on completion of work — cash, online transfer, or credit card. Renovation projects follow the milestone schedule on the quote. Outstanding invoices accrue late-payment interest at 1.5% per month after 14 days from the invoice date.
7. Workmanship guarantee
We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on standard repair work, and a 24-month workmanship guarantee on renovation projects, both running from the date of completion. The guarantee covers defects directly caused by our workmanship and does not extend to: damage caused by misuse or third-party intervention, normal wear and tear, or failures attributable to materials supplied by you.
8. Manufacturer warranties
Goods we supply (water heaters, sinks, mixers, etc.) carry the original manufacturer warranty. We will hand over warranty paperwork on completion and assist with any claim that falls within its terms.
9. Liability
We carry public liability insurance for damage caused by our workmanship. Our maximum liability under any single engagement is capped at the value of that engagement, except where Malaysian law prohibits such a limit. We are not liable for consequential or indirect loss (loss of business, loss of enjoyment, etc.).
10. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside their reasonable control — including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government action, supply chain failures, and similar.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, and the Turboniq mark — is owned by Turboniq Home Solutions Sdn Bhd or used under licence. You may quote short passages with attribution; full reproduction requires written permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur for any disputes arising under or in connection with them.
