Turboniq Home Solutions Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202401087426) provides plumbing, water heater, drain, kitchen, bathroom renovation, and emergency repair services across the Klang Valley, along with supply of fixtures and appliances integral to those services. This policy explains when and how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Services — cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment without charge up to 4 hours before the booked time. Cancellations made inside the 4-hour window may be subject to a half-day call-out fee, charged at our standard rate, to compensate for the crew slot. Emergency call-outs cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
2. Services — refunds
Where work has been completed but you are dissatisfied with the result, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a site review and, where the issue is a defect in our workmanship, we will re-attend and rectify at no charge under our 12-month workmanship guarantee. A monetary refund will only be issued where rectification is not feasible or where we agree it is the more appropriate remedy.
3. Supplied goods — returns
Items we supply (water heaters, sinks, mixers, sanitaryware, etc.) are usually fitted as part of the service. Once a fixture has been installed and is in working order it cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. Unfitted goods may be returned within 7 days subject to the supplier's restocking policy and provided the original packaging is intact.
4. Faulty supplied goods
If a fixture we have supplied fails during the manufacturer warranty period, we will replace or repair the item at no labour cost to you within the first 12 months from installation. After that period, the manufacturer warranty (handled by us on your behalf) continues to apply per the manufacturer's terms.
5. Deposits and milestone payments
Deposits paid against renovation or supply-and-install projects are non-refundable once materials are ordered to your specification. Milestone payments paid for work already completed are non-refundable except where that work is later established to be defective and we are unable to rectify it.
6. How to make a claim
Write to us at [email protected] with the job reference (printed on your invoice), a description of the issue, and photos or videos where relevant. We will acknowledge within two working days and propose next steps within five.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days from the date of approval, by the same method used for the original payment.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy reduces any non-waivable consumer rights you have under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
