Why kitchens leak more than they should
Plenty of kitchens we open up have been "patched" three or four times — each repair a bit hastier than the last. We strip back to a clean joint, swap the tired isolation valves, and pressure-test the system before closing up. A proper repair is rarely much pricier than another patch — it just lasts longer.
Indicative pricing
Tap or mixer replacement (you supply the mixer): from RM 160. Sink swap with new traps and isolation valves: RM 380–RM 620. Dishwasher install with new supply and waste: RM 380–RM 540. Disposer install: RM 420 plus the unit. Final figure is always on the written quote.
