Home / Services / Drain Clearing
Service detailCameras first. Tools after. No torn-up floors.
Most blockages can be cleared in a single visit when we know what is causing them. So we put a camera down the line before deciding which method makes sense — jetting, mechanical clearing, or a targeted repair.
What we clear, every week
- Kitchen drains backed up with grease, food scraps, and soap residue
- Bathroom traps clogged with hair, scale, and toiletry build-up
- Toilet pan blockages — including foreign objects and wet wipe matting
- Main line and IC blockages in landed houses (yard gully and inspection chamber)
- High-rise riser stoppages, coordinated with building management
- Slow-draining floor outlets in laundries and patio areas
Camera, jet, or rod — chosen for the job
We open with a CCTV inspection where access allows. The footage tells us if the line is collapsed, root-invaded, or simply choked. From there:
- High-pressure water jetting for grease, soap, and organic matter — restores flow without chemical residue
- Mechanical rodding & augering for solid blockages and root intrusion
- Targeted excavation or relining if the camera shows the line itself has failed
Why not just pour drain cleaner?
Caustic drain cleaner often pushes the blockage further down the line and damages older PVC fittings on the way. Once the chemical is in the pipe we cannot put a camera in safely either, which means the diagnosis gets harder, not easier. A 30-minute jetting visit costs less than the eventual rework.
Indicative pricing
