How a Turboniq renovation runs
Once you have approved the quote and the choices, your project gets a dedicated supervisor. They run the on-site work for the full duration — typically two to four weeks for a standard bathroom — and they are your single point of contact for any questions.
Stages in order: protective covering of access routes, demolition and waste removal, plumbing rough-in, waterproofing (with hold time), screeding, tiling, fixture install, sealing, and 48-hour pressure and flood test.
What the price covers
The detailed quote you receive itemises every line — materials, labour, waterproofing membranes, brand-name fittings, lighting, accessories, and rubbish disposal. Variations during the project are quoted separately and only proceed with written approval.
Indicative budgets
Standard condo bathroom (around 4–6 sqm): RM 12,000–RM 22,000 supply-and-install. Master bathroom on a landed home: RM 22,000–RM 55,000. Powder room refresh: from RM 5,800. All inclusive of waterproofing, leak testing, and 24-month workmanship coverage.
